I'm weighing the cat deletes and what it takes to install them. Not sure it's worth the headache. But I definitely want to go e85. I'm suspended vmp even tuned for e85
On the stock injectors. I haven't heard of anybody else that will.

I think he ran it on his car that way as they work just not ideal. I was under the impression e85 got better results with FI cars over NA cars? I did notice my head temps were down about 10 degrees so that was a plus...

From what I see on that catless you get half the power result of long tubes and cat delete for about 600ish. Vs the long tube cat set up I have seen is 2K... That is like 2/3 of a procharger...

It definitely gets great results on fi cars because you can run more boost. There is still a benefit on NA cars. Especially places like california where I live, when all we can get is a shitty grade 91. I'm expecting 15-20whp or so over a 91 tune.

Well keep me posted if you pick up that kind of power from an injector swap and new tune I may be in. I just did not see any noticeable gain whatsoever with the stock system. The tune changed things that was for sure because when I tuned it back to stock and tried to drive it to the station to get 91 (less than 1 mile) the care ran like shyt big time. I was sweating it the whole 3/4 of a mile...

Well that sucks nothing like bad customer service to make you feel even worse about their product. I will say I bought my SCT from VMP and Justin has been there every time I had a question. I usually email him in the AM and a little after lunch time or worst one yet the end of the day we have it worked out.

Unfortunately 45 minutes for some places is not bad... Me if I am on hold longer than 10 minutes without hearing a live human being I tend to wonder WTH is going on over there... Are they that busy because their product blows... BTW that was a in general statement not saying SCT has a bad product as I have the same tuner.

Keep us posted on the outcome.

Yeah, it's because you were on the stock injectors. Who knows what injectors he wrote the e85 tune for, but if he wrote it for stock injectors, I'm surprised. I know people running e85 tunes with no issues.
