How screwed would one be if they were to accidentally erase the stock tune while it's not loaded on the car?
That is why i make a copy and store it on my laptop.

I'm still not sure about the tuner... Maybe the cobb is the way to go? Can more parameters be tuned thought the AP?

My SCT X4 came in last night, and I emailed Torrie my information first thing this AM. Now the waiting begins anew...lol.

Eric....I know all about those 12 hr shifts. I work in MD&D manufacturing, and we run 12 hr shifts, 24/7 continuous ops. 6pm-6am is my shift, and it feels like 15-16 some nights..lol.

The majority of people wanting a tune will get a tune where a few parameters are changed to give you the performance your looking for. There might be hundreds of parameters in your stock calibration but honestly a good tuner touches maybe 30-50 of them to give you a proper tune. (more in an auto then a stick car).

It all comes down to price vs performance.

SCT is the less expensive tuning option and so far has some of the fastest tuned cars around. Our own car with what we call our "Torque tune" feels incredible when your driving. Instant throttle response, great low end torque and it pulls much harder up top then stock while retaining perfect driveability.

The SCT XCAL4 will do everything that you need it to do and do so at a reasonable cost. Combine that device with any of our other available parts in our packages and you will come out saving hundreds over other tuning options.

If you do decide to go with WMS and a custom SCT tuning package we will guarantee your satisfaction.

Thank you,

JJ

JJ, I already have the SCT with Torrie's tune on it. Looking for repetable driving experience every time I mash the throttle.
