Thank ya, and I've been eyeballing them for a few years now. If I had known the Scat Pack was an option in 2015 when I started looking to get out of my '13, would have switched a lot sooner. Funny thing is the SP is cheaper on insurance than a GT..lol.
I don't know about the OP's car, but mine was a little over 42k sticker. Only options are the A8 trans and Leather package. Leather group is awesome, because it gives a whole bunch of stuff in the package..makes it a worthwhile option. I got a good bit off mine due to a Corp partnership program...
Only pic I have on the IPad at the moment. I wanted B5 Blue, but it was out of production and hard to find with the options I wanted. Next choice was Go Mango, and found mine in Gainesville.
Don't feel bad, I did the same thing a few weeks ago. My Eco was great, and very quick for what I had done to it, but it was time for a V8 again. I ended up with a Go Mango Challenger SP, with the 8 spd auto and leather. Amazing how comfortable a cruiser the car is, but stupid acceleration when...
I had a lot of fun with the '15 Eco, but it was time to scratch an itch for a modern muscle car. Before anyone asks, just look at my sig. I did get asked why not a Camaro :barf:. If I wanted to look out of gun slit windows, would buy an armored car..lol. So, picked up a '16 Challenger Scat Pack...
I thought I paid more than that for mine. I've bought so many parts for the Mustang and Lightning over the past 8 months, they are running together...lol.
It's been on my car maybe 6-7 months, was one of the last mods I did to the car. It does a great job stabilizing the boost level, especially tuning on E30 or race gas. I figure 140 shipped is fair, covers any Paypal fees + shipping. I usually put cost + 50% value insurance on anything I ship as...
Here's a few more parts I pulled off my car. Shipping is included with the price.
TS Kompact BOV compete setup...SOLD
Tune+ TurboSmart WGA with Adam's custom spring kit. SOLD
COBB AP kit is SOLD
Not pictured, removing from car tomorrow when I pick up the OEM replacement hose for the BOV install.
Tune+ WGA....only been on my car maybe 6 months....$130 shipped
Turbosmart Kompact BOV with modified factory hose for vac source...$120 shipped
I'm getting ready to pull my car apart/back to stock, so George my Levels will be up for grabs in a few weeks at most. If you don't get it, I'm pretty sure someone else will be quite happy to acquire it...lol.
Lol, it definitely would help keep the higher charge temps/heat soak at bay. I have an older Levels IC, and it worked pretty well last summer when it was so effing hot. Temps will go up sitting in traffic, but as soon as you start moving, drops right back down. I'm staying about 5-7* above...
Yep, still have them. Buyer that was interested in the set hasn't responded to multiple tags on FB, so time to pass him by. I would prefer to sell them as a set, but could always use the 7" ones for small DRs..lol.
Hmmm, I think either a Scat Pack or SRT392 Charger would fit the bill quite well. The big plus is whe she complains about it being fast and loud, you say "hey, you said we needed a 4 door, this has 4 doors...shut it." My g/f has been on thin ice for many a year. Something like complaining...
I'm holding out until early next week on splitting them up without a buyer for the fronts. There's an Eco owner in your neck of the woods who wants the set, but won't have the $$ until the beginning of the week.
Yeah, that was pretty crazy hearing it spin/hop all 4...lol. Still, that was a beautiful symphony once they both got moving. That Lamborghini still laid down a decent pass, even with the traction issues.
If I don't bite the bullet and do it after my Lightning sells, then I'll probably go for it after tax return next year. By then I will have some bills paid down, and it won't hurt as much..lol. I know what you mean though...SRT adds $$ to the price of admission. Guess that's another reason to...
I had not thought about that. The GT PP brakes are pretty monstrous...lol. It's too bad they won't fit a Dodge, otherwise I might keep them for the next car, likely a Scat Pack.
South FL...hmm, I'm not opposed to meeting halfway, as it's a straight shot down I95. I know for a fact they will fit in the Mustang...lol. These S550 cars are pretty amazing in the amount of stuff that fits compared to the S197, especially when you take the lower seat cushion out so the seat...
