:frusty::headbonk:

Title says it all. I was backing up and ever so slightly rubbed a high curb. The good is that I barely touched it and there was no dent (or even an indent at the damage). The bad is that the Black Paint came off.

What touch up can I use to hide those spots? Is there any way to do it specifically or can I just hit it with some touch up and call it a day?

Thanks!

I hit mine with a sharpie and was shocked at how well it hid the damage. And how long it has lasted.

How about that. It hides it that well? There aren't any touch ups for that paint style?

Might just give that a shot this weekend.

Black nail polish at the dollar store.
This^^ I have used nail polish to touch up wheels for years. I even found some once that matched a chameleon paint job I had on a motorcycle perfectly! Black is pretty easy to match though.

Black enamel paint from the hobby store worked well on a couple of mystery chips in my wheels.

swat 79 did you get the scratch fixed ?

Not yet, but I will be tackling it this weekend. Between both jobs, training and a podcast I've had no time to give my car a good wash and detail :doh:
