Tire shop scratched my wheels

These wheels were flawless before the tire shop got them. I inspected and hand delivered them in thier original boxes. That brown gunk was on tire when I got them. They were quite dirty. This was a large shop. KalTire. I'm surprised they messed this up.

Glad to see KalTire had responded quickly to address the issues. Hope it works out.

In KalTires defense, also consider that to begin with, on those two rear wheels:
1) there may have less than minimum paint/powder coating on the edge by the mfr so it was easily removed.
2) wheel mfr didn’t prep surface correctly, so paint comes off easily.
3) that feature/radius edge may be sharper and not radiused correctly, causing KalTires machine to scratch it.
4) all the above.
