Yeah after the run around I have lost all hope with seeking legal action. Though based on it he seems to have zero shame, so perhaps he'll return to entertain us.
What all did you send out?

I’ll be the first to tell you I don’t like this individual and have bumped heads with him many times. Too much fluff and nothing really to back up his claims. Sorry this happened to you OP, you one of the good ones in this page.

Pred block, callies crank, dss pistons, boostline rods, bearings, arp kit, and probably a couple more small things.

all the bad grammar/misspelled words he constantly errs upon is hard sell for me...

Omg I would have left there with something of equal value...
Well if you saw the place, there wasn't much but just laying around.

Holy crap, I thought you were going to list a few meaningless parts & a crank. That's quiet an expensive list. Props to you for being civil & continuing to do so. I would of took a different route for sure. Hope you clean him out in court. Parts, hassle, the drive there & back, chasing him around, the stress & time lost. He owes you quiet a bit of mula!

Sounds like you have good documentation. If you're going that route, I'd keep things strictly civil and professional for the meantime. Good luck!
