Is it better to sale OEM wheels/tires or keep and put back on for resale? What have you done previously? It would seem that aftermarket wheels won't get much on trade/resale on the car.

Thanks.

I always keep the OEM stuff in case I trade or sell the car. You are always better off returning the car back to stock conditions if you have to sell down the road.

That depends who you SELL it to. To a dealer then I'd put the stocker back on. It it's to a private party then I've seen people advertise car can be sold with either set at a different price.

Thanks! I forgot about that. Great points. I've seen cars sold like that.

Thanks. Good point on being stock. I was looking to sale to offset the price of new wheels, but I do see the savings on keeping them for down the road.

There are some who (gasp) have done this with carbon fiber wheels. They laugh all the way to the bank until its time to sell the car.

I like to disassemble things.
Sell not sale. Sell not sale. Sell not sale.

I am selling mine when my new ones come in (any day now), i will never get rid of this car, so they will just be in the way.

Dumb question perhaps but will a Base front wheel fit the rear without issues? (I assume the answer is "yes.") That is, have a spare wheel and tire in case of a flat and temporary use. I don't have to carry it in the car, just be able to go get it and use it in an emergency.
