S550 Not Starting but turnnig Over

Hi Guys,

Dont know if anyone can help me here , my car was working before without any issues

ive upgraded my intake manifold from a OEM 2016 to a OEM 2018+ Manifold, on MY2016 Mustang,
it also have th correct remap from LUND racing.

the issues im having is

The car turns Over but does not start i can smell the fuel going in to the engine, but the car does not start, ive checked all the connectors to the Spark plus\coil pack and and Injectors, all are connectcted and look oK.

the car only showed one error P162F Started Motor Disabled Crank time to long i removed the Battery and left it overnight and now the error cleared itslef, tried starting it and got the same issue.

is there anything im missing out here one think i havent done it sheck the Spark Plugs would there be flooded?

put the old tune back in and try again

Pull the fuel line from the rail and have someone cycle the ignition while you watch the end of the fuel line to see if any fuel is coming out. Pump could be on its way out and not providing any or enough pressure. Look here

Cheers ile give that ago. i did plug my ngage in and it Show All OK with a green kick..

taking the fuel rail off with defo show. just a though there woulnd be an air block would there that would cause an issue in the fule rail ?

There shouldn’t be.

before revised tune. started fine. after, nope. need I go on ?

Hi All
issue now resolved , nothing to do with the new tune, we found a loose connection at the back of the new installed manifold which must of fused the Coil packs , so the wire was reconnected correctely and the fuse 44 replaced and now she running as she should be.
