I recently installed a ess g3 on my 2016 mustang gt. After installing it lund gave me a base tune to data log and send back to them so they can send me my final tune. The next day my car just randomly shut off and almost felt like it went into limp mode. I scanned the codes and all 8 ignition coil codes popped up. It finally turned back on and I was able to get home. Lund told me it might’ve been because I haven’t locked my imrc. I went to go lock my imrc and the right side flaps were broken and stuck closed. I purchased boss 302 intake hoping it would solve the problem but nope. Went for a test ride within 5 minutes car shut off again and send ignition coil codes. I reuploaded the tune and was able to make it home. Just wondering if anyone knew what the problem is. Also producing a good amount of white smoke out of crank case breather hose. Also my boost a pump came with the grey fuse but i have no clue where it goes. If someone can please get back to me and help me out 🙏.

This is just a shot in the dark but I wonder if your having an issue with fuel from the bap to have codes on all 8 holes? Could try clearing all the codes, taking off the bap and go for alittle test drive. I wouldn't got wot or anything but you could see if the issue still happens. Again completely just guess and not claiming to know more then lund but to be on all cylinders I would check air and fuel first if what lund told you didn't work. Best of luck man sorry to hear about the issues

That fuse is for the fuel pump fuse in the fuse box under your hood. It should be like a 40amp fuse. It's a bigger one than stock to run the BAP.

I'm not sure. I have a '22 and VMP told me it wasn't necessary on mine, but on the gen 2's they were. I had called them as there was a 40 amp fuse with mine and no instructions. LOL

I called their number from their website under the contact us section during business hours. I believe that is where I got the number from.
