For e85 specifically*
As far as we know, the E85 fuel doesn't cause issues with these motors in thr long run. As far as deteriorating any materials or accelerated wear from the fuel itself.

Short trips are bad on E85, though. And if you don't drive the car often enough, the E85 will take on enough moisture to cause issues. But this generally only happens after an extended storage situation. And many times, not even then.

The fuel does run cooler and has more tolerance for detonation. Which is great.

Your individual motor could last 50 miles or 100k miles boosted. Way too many variables. But quality E85 isn't going to cause it to fail as long as you change the oil frequently and don't short trip it all the time.

For your current goals, DW400, GT500 injectors, G3 with G4 intercooler and you are there even on 91. No BAP. Get with Daryl Wengerd on tuning it. He's great, especially with the A10 cars and his customer service is top notch. The issue is, once you taste that power, you will get used to it pretty quickly and then you'll want more. The ID1050X'S are E85 capable and will support over 900 wheel but you will have a hard time finding a tuner who will tune for it without a return style fuel system.
