As far as we know, the E85 fuel doesn't cause issues with these motors in thr long run. As far as deteriorating any materials or accelerated wear from the fuel itself.For e85 specifically*
Short trips are bad on E85, though. And if you don't drive the car often enough, the E85 will take on enough moisture to cause issues. But this generally only happens after an extended storage situation. And many times, not even then.
The fuel does run cooler and has more tolerance for detonation. Which is great.
Your individual motor could last 50 miles or 100k miles boosted. Way too many variables. But quality E85 isn't going to cause it to fail as long as you change the oil frequently and don't short trip it all the time.
