I would have chased her down.... and by that meaning not me being in your situation, but the guy who witnessed your accident being the good Samaritan

I feel bad for you. I am the Mustang guy at my body shop. They know to give the Mustangs to me. I will feel bad for the owner of the first 2015 I get, but it will probably be my first chance to get my hands on one, so I will be excited.
I really hope that all the members stay safe and don't have to go through what I did. Lol I wish you were located in chicago so that you could work on my car.

Man I would have bought you a catback exhaust or anyone who would have helped me out in the situation lol. I was too scared to even risk chasing her in that neighborhood.

Demon,

I did test drove the car yesterday, the car has 6 miles on it. No thud noise and the rpm needle seems to be moving not getting stuck. I will be picking it up today however there are 3 minor issues. A tiny little finger nail punch hole in the back of the driver seat. It is probably done while they take the plastic cover off, its absolutely annoying. 2nd problem a little scratch by the back side window trim plastic area, this can be fixed by plastic trim restoration kit i hope. The last flaw was a little scratch by the trunk lid corner( that black piece says GT) the top left corner of it had a scratch probably either happened when they tried to put the floormats in the trunk or from factory. I am an engineer and detail oriented so i can find any tiny little bit of flaw in a car haha. For people who choose the 68B interior trim, the back of the seats are all leather, upper door trim and upper dash is all soft touch materials. The Shaker Pro sounded good to me, it does require volume to be beyond the mid point to fill the car with sound, but it is nice, the bass is there and really crispy clear sound( This was on radio, i would imagine audio CD or ipod would sound better). I will keep you updated.

Hey thanks for the great feed back man and good luck with picking the car up today. Just out of curiosity us it a manual or automatic? Also it's good to hear that you didn't experience the same problems as me. Now u just have to get these guys to fix it. Haha I know what you mean man I'm an engineer too and in our car group everyone knows me as being anal about the car being clean and noticing the smallest problems. I'm pretty sure you can fix those problems easily and I know how annoying it can be. I hope everything goes well man let me know if you come across anything else.

Haha well more updates. I do have that thud noise i think its a clutch angagement noise since the car does the same think almost before you start the car. But it was similar in the camaro so i think thats normal. The rpm thing maybe slightly i can see it but the car is so smooth engine is so smooth i cant notice it lol. One question though, when i try to change mycolor it says i cant do it in daylight what the hack? I tried in the garage it was the same. Do u know whats going on? Thanks.

Lol does that vibration/ noise come when you're shifting between gears as well? Does it also happen sometimes when you're sitting at a light put the clutch in and then put it in first gear? And you're right ive started ignoring the rpm thing lately and don't notice it lol. Haha oh yea I had that problem all you gotta do is put the day time running lights or just the lights on and then access my color and you should be good to go

Just to jump in here, I have a little thump sometimes between shifts as well as some clutch chatter when trying to take off smoothly in first gear. The chatter seems to be getting better as the clutch is breaking in though.

My take off is fine but the thump in between shifts happens to me a decent amount. I'm at 930 miles right now but it has gotten better than before between 1st an 2nd gear. I just hope it goes away with more driving or do you guys think I should ask the dealership to take a look at it?

Nope you will be fine. Mine is really not that obvious or loud it feels like clutch needs some time to settle in. Since we all have the noise i think it is a break in period common thing. But man the car is awesome takes so much attention i feel like a celebrity here in Naperville haha. Ford u have done well:D

Lol for sure because I hate taking my car to the dealership to get anything done haha. Haha that's true man when I picked mine up from fair oaks everyone was coming to check it out lol. The engine is so smooth, I can't wait to start working on it :headbang:. It does get a lot of attention man I got mine 2 weeks ago and I got spotted on Chicago petrol heads 10 min after parking the car haha. You'll have a lot of people catching up to you and checking that beast out

Yea man I have to pay a $500 deductible :frusty:.
You don't have uninsured motorist coverage? Absolutely required in Texas, I'm betting you only need one guess as to why. $250 deductible instead of $500, though oftentimes requires a police report, which it sounds like you did. It's like an extra $3 a month, and that's pretty good considering the deadbeat-iness of the average person...

Man really sucks that a good chunk of Texas owners are nowhere near me.
