Evolvd,

The Exposure will capture any objects in the frame that are stationary and are lighted.
Since im moving the entire 30 sec's around the car and have nothing but the red and white leds in my hands that all you see in the photo. It helps to where a dark blue shirt.

Thanks you. yes I took that with my DSLR. not the best light painting I've done but this color is hard to get at night
