Wow definitely wanted to see saddle offered with Ruby Red too,but may have to consider Red-Line now after seeing this. Just hope the Red-Line doesn't have a super noticeable contrast when paired with Ruby Red. Can't wait to see more pics of this combo!

I love love that charcoal black. Ingot or magnetic are the natural combo with this red. Picture this in PP, manual trans I do not care too much about the outside. I live inside and it will be redline for me.

Why didn't they offer ruby red with the saddle brown and do the saddle up with a door panel insert. Best combo for this car.
For saddle and ceramic they are going with a DIY look of someone matching door panels/seats from different interiors. Look like a forum DIY warrior right off the lot!

Topnotch,
Could that be a Ecoboost 50th in front of the Ruby? The Black car in the back is probably the 50th anv GT also because of the gas cap, just wondering if that pony is going to be the emblem on the back of the Echo 50th. It is one of the few things that we don't know about yet and it is clearly different than the pony on the back of the ruby on page 11 of this thread.

The black one in the back is a 2014GT. The one on the right doesn't look like it has the chrome around the taillamps.

The one on the right is DIB V-6 Because it's got the Tri-Bar Pony on the Decklid.

Ruby Red is very nice. It’s not too bright for me like Race Red but still has pop and explodes in certain lighting, and it’s not too dark like maroon. My only dislike with Ruby Red is that it doesn’t contrast very well with the tail lamps. The tail lamps are one of the Mustang’s signature looks so it’s nice when they stand out.

After having looked at Ruby Red at the dealer on both current gen Mustangs and other Ford/Lincoln cars, I can say that it is indeed a gorgeous, three dimensional finish. Two caveats though. One: In dimmer light it loses much of its sparkle and takes on a sort of darker Indian Red coloring that is not unattractive, but looks very different than its full-sun sparkle. Two: Many other makes, including Lexus and others are using something similar (but not as nice necessarily as Ford's), and lately I have been seeing this shade a LOT here in California, not only on these other makes but also quite a few other Fords, including the Fiesta. It got me thinking about getting a color that is unique to the Mustang, such as Triple Yellow, despite me having mentally commited to the gorgeous Ruby Red.

^ This is 2 reasons why I went Triple Yellow. I understand that Ruby Red is harder to keep looking clean. I also wanted something that wasn't as common around my area (I get TONS of comments on my Grabber Blue 2013).

Finally saw a real Ruby Red Mustang. It's a 14, but still . . . DANG! That's a beautiful color. Reminds me a lot of Laser Red from 96-97. I really wanted one of those, and nearly bought a 96 Cobra but settled for a black 94 Cobra with low miles, to keep domestic peace. Shoulda bought the 96 . . . .
