I hear a miss at idle. No CEL. Tuner says nothing wrong.
I do get a random missfire flashing cel every once in awhile.
New clutch and trans. CF driveshaft.
Multiple crank relearns
New plugs. No change
Switched coils. No change
Switch gas stations No change
New crank sensor and relearn No change.
Had a bad 02 sensor on the drivers side, replaced.
Driverside cat was bad. Gutted and defouler installed.
Car seems to run fine. Plenty of power.
I am at a dead end....any help greatly appreciated.

Log it and see what timing is doing. Likely jumping around a bit. Usually a bit of smoothing and increase in ttl at idle takes care of it. Mp15 on Roush tunes. Tb closes too much and timing increases to keep rpm. Then opens and timing drops. Rinse and repeat. This is assuming no mechanical issues like busted ring. I've never seen it pop a code, doesn't normally show on the mode 6 missfire scans either. Just audible with open exhaust.

Yeah if it's the tune then I need to find a new tuner. Current tuner says nothing that can do. It's from one of the big companies...I just need to find a local tuner willing to spend time on tuning my car and not a canned tune for the masses...

Jeepers.

I think he tried that already - “new crank sensor and relearn”.

OP - any definitive diagnosis or fix?

Not yet. In the process of changing tuner companies...waiting on the initial tune

The Roush tune didn’t work for you? Aside from Viking violent shifts in SPORT+ and a meteor strike in DRAG/TRACK the Roush tune has been solid for you.

Do a compression test just to rule out mechanical problems.
