I know its super expensive. GAS is really expensive, but i'm pretty sure it won't blow up while driving home.

I paid like 6300 for my whipple plus 1100 for install lol either way the car is gonna be a blast :headbang: but maybe look for a certified roush dealer they would probably do it cheaper I know the dealer by my place is pretty reasonable

You got raped! You can get a Roush kit for $6300... you basically paid $2800 for the install.

If you get the Roush warranty with it you paid about $600 more than average.... $6300 for the kit + $1200 for the install + $1000 for the warranty. But the install charge will vary depending on where you're at...

I love my Roush kit. I daily the car and have no issues at all. Just get ready to buy some new tires!!!

Did you purchase OPG/TG for them to replace the factory pieces?

If not you might consider it if they are going to be in that area grinding the timing cover; though if the warranty covers a new engine maybe it doesn't matter?

I did get the extra warranty so I guess not raped too bad. But you have to remember this is SO CAL, not the midwest or South where many of you live. Things are definitely more expensive here. Also, I went to the most expensive shop in a 500 mile radius. The trade off is, they do these all the time and stand behind the work. GAS is not going anywhere so I have a little piece of mind. In the scheme of things, I'd pay a grand more to have experts install this kit. this is going to be over a 50 thousand dollar toy, an extra grand is not going to make that much difference.

Totally worth it to have a reputable shop like GAS performing the installation. They will get it done quickly, and you know your car will be covered should anything happen.

Make sure you post videos for us when it's done!

+1. Galpin does good work, I'd pay a little extra to know my cars in good hands!

Yes it was a more expensive route to take, but you have peace of mind that they will do the install properly and also give great support if you have any issues down the road...

Bet you are super pumped to try out the new POWAAAA!

You're going to love it.
I would pay extra to have piece of mind that my car was being taken care of and being worked on with care. Enjoy it!
