Hey all,
I'm a new 50th anniversary Roush supercharged mustang GT owner. In fact the SC is being installed today.
I have driven the dealers tester around a bit and it feels great, but I been reading roush is working on a stage 2 upgrade which should be good for around 700hp.
Has anyone heard rumors on what this kit might cost/when should be available? I know some may say what!? 625hp isn't enough!? Well it is, but so is 200hp. I just want a little more.
That said, any advice on how to get a little more? I'm doing the exhaust, would I benefit from my own tune in comparison to the Roush tune?
Also have you guys upgraded your driveshaft, or anything I need to worry about there? I want to take it to the track, but mine is a convertible, and I don't think I will even get 1 run in since I don't have a roll cage. I'm guestimating 11.5 1/4 mile times? Does that sound about right?
