Hey guys, my Roush Phase 2 is chewing through belts... I’ve changed it to a green belt in hopes it does a bit better.
I also switched to a 90MM idler pulley in hopes it would fix the alignment, before I had a 75MM idler pulley that Roush provided and it was even worse.

How do I fix this?

That is way out of alignment. Get it laser aligned. Check all the bullies especially the blower pulley.

You think it's the blower pulley that's out of line?

It is hard to tell over the internet. Just put your eyes on it and give it a good look over.

Did you install the kit yourself? I would guess either the timing cover wasn't shaved down enough causing the fead bracket maybe not sit right, or the pulley isnt pressed onto the snout of the blower right. Take it all apart and inspect everything

I installed a phase 2 kit. The belt damage has been pretty ongoing. Just noticed how bad the alignment was.

I think you might be right, I'll have to take a look at the timing cover and the fitment there, because the pulley and crank and everything else is pretty well aligned.

has to be the timing cover .. i just changed my pulley today . and it would be hard not to align the blower pulley right as it bolts on ..as the bolts draw the pulley onto the snout once you push it onto the snout you can see the bolt holes touching it
