Roush active rear wing

So I have noticed the wing sometimes comes up at around 55mph sometimes it doesn’t in the same mode and exhaust in the same mode. Then sometimes when it comes up does not come back down until I start it the next time and start moving. then may not come back up unless I’m running 55-60 change exhaust back to touring and move it back to sport or track and in custom it stays up no matter what.. anyone else having these issues..
