Rough Idle - Stalled an Automatic

I have a 2019 GT and a month or two ago, I started to notice my idle becoming very rough at red lights. Sometimes the RPM would drop by 50-100, sometimes it would be more dramatic and drop 200-300. Yesterday, it actually stalled. I can tell my friends i am so bad at driving, that i stalled an automatic.

On a more serious note, any troubleshooting would be appreciated. I cleaned the throttle body and checked for leaks. No joy.

I had the same issue last year and I change all 4 vct solenoids and that fixed the issue for me . Some others not so lucky . Pretty common issue if you search the Forum .
