2015 GT mt82 car will sometimes randomly start idling super rough up and down when stopped. The AFR on the dash goes crazy jumping from 15+ down to low 11's when I push the clutch in the idle mellows out and will return to somewhat normal (still will idle a little rough with clutch in) this happens almost daily now doesn't matter if the car is warmed up or cold start. Happens more often once warmed up and sitting still. Dealer can not help since no check engine light is appearing.

Mod list
GT350 intake manifold
steeda closed air box
ford performance injectors
Long tube headers
palm beach dyno custom N/A tune
.
Tuner is saying its nothing on there end that they can see in datalogs, Of course I can't recreate the rough idle when im sending logs off. As of now I am lost on what to try and do next any help would be amazing!

Thanks!

First thought is VVT phasers. Tell your tuner that you suspect it could be the VVT phasers falling out of sync, this happens on the intake side during idle. AFR's will bounce around and at least on my '19, the indicated manifold vacuum will go haywire as well. It happens randomly for me and every few months I have to cycle the intake VVT solenoids with 12v to "unstick" the spool valve in the phasers, it clears up for another couple of months then I have to do it again. I am too cheap to have it fixed and haven't built up the courage to tear that far into the motor myself.

How do you go about cycling the phasers?

Here is an image of a datalog I took with forscan showing the intake phasers losing sync.

Here is a datalog I took after applying 12v power to the intake vvt solenoids in a clicking fashion to free the phaser valves. Notice how rock steady the graph is afterward. This shows startup at the beginning of the graph and I was also manipulating the duty cycle myself later to determine duty cycle function.

Another vote for phasers or the solenoids.
