Rough idle, no power, gas pedal doesn't work.

This has happened twice now. When I drive it hard it'll immediately go into limp mode. Starts idling horrible and the gas pedal does not work. I'll shut it off, crank it up ( which takes a couple of seconds) then it starts right up. Check engine light only comes in for a couple of seconds.
E85, CAI, 87mm throttle body, cat back exhaust.

What’s your DTC’s have you extracted them from the dash cluster’s Engineering Mode or using a scan tool?

Here ya go, if you enter Engineering Mode from your dash cluster, you can see if there are any stored DTC’s - I had posted this a while back in another thread:

If you have a 2015-2020 with the ANALOG gauge cluster, you should be able to enter the “Engineer Test Mode” and will be able to see stored DTC’s.
