So I’ve been having an issue with rough idle for a while now I have videos in my other post but I’ve now realized that I can’t even put my pedal to the floor cause it either has a long dely or it just stalls out I’ve took it to ford 2 times and they couldn’t figure it out but did have a damaged vacuum line apparently and I replaced that and I’m still getting the issue I have no idea what it could be I have a sct tuner so if anyone could help me I could data log the issue so that someone could help me cause ford sure won’t

Intake cam phasers. Mine were replaced at 5k miles because they would revert to 0 degrees at idle and cause car to stall. May have them check that and the cam solinoids.

Besides a vacuum leak which you already mentioned was fixed, the two things I have seen before that could cause those are a dirty/clogged air filter or a dirty MAF sensor.

Is the car throwing any codes?

Not a single code even when the car stalls

Issue is ford “can’t recreate my issue” so they don’t know what to do

certain it isn’t a dirty AF since I changed it and then got a K&N how would I check if my MAF is dirty and if it is how do I clean it

MAF sensor will be on the intake tube between the air filter box and the throttle body. It's usually held in with 2 screws (sometimes hex). Take it out and pay attention to the direction it's facing for reinstall. At times, you may be able to see dirt or residue on it, other times, not. You can get MAF sensor cleaner at the local parts store.

Did this start soon after putting in the K&N?

Is the K&N you mention a dry or oiled filter? If its an oiled filter, it could have gotten some on the MAF which would cause the issue you describe. I've seen it happen on a few of my buddies cars over the years.

I do have an oiled but I’ve had the rough idle issue since my car was stock
