There are no bulbs. Its a sealed LED board. Your circuit board is failing or its a bcm issue. Most likely going to need to replace the entire lamp. I had to.Check for a burnt bulb.
I am amazed you have a 16 mustang with bulbs? What the previous poster said. My passenger running/signal light burned out and I didn't realize it until I noticed the rear passenger taillight wasn't working. Checked all the lights replaced the running/signal light and problem went away.

Full disclosure, the signal / running light was a diode dynamics switchback LED that stopped working. For whatever reason it prevented the rear tail light from working (running, brake and signal) until I replaced the DD switchback.
"What the previous poster said" to quote you. Previous poster said replace bulb. I understand your statement as whole now. Did you replace a board? Thanks for your attention for clarification.Did you mean to quote me? I didn't say bulbs, I said lights.

That makes sense, I'm in my early 40s so bulb, light and LED are interchangeable in my vocabulary."What the previous poster said" to quote you. Previous poster said replace bulb. I understand your statement as whole now. Did you replace a board? Thanks for your attention for clarification.
