I can't stand dealing with them. Id say its worth the trip to sarasota ford/ auto nation to talk to them about it. When I was trying to buy a truck matthews currie was the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with

Well they refused to cover the light. Any other options?

They said the tailight was cracked on the outside so they're not covering it

My 2015 Ecoboost 50th Package, has two 3" cracks in the center tail light on the left and right side tail lights, garage kept, Why would Ford deny the claim, obliviously there is something wrong with the lights. I will see how my dealer handles it.

No clue. They said there's nothing they can do because obviously someone hit the tailight even though there's no visible damage besides the crack.
