Intermittent AC Blowing

Hey all. I drive a 2018 Mustang GT. The blower seems to sometimes stop blowing air into the cabin. Sometimes it’ll just stop in the middle of driving somewhere, and it might come back on a few minutes later. It’s very intermittent.

When the blower is working, I’m still getting cold air.

I have read that this could be a resistor pack I need to replace for the AC, but I forgot where I read that so I wanted to join here and get a list of ideas on what it could be before I attempt to fix it myself.

Mine does this if someone calls me or I use the phone but as soon as I end the call the fan will go back to speed it was on.

Nothing will change as far as audio input/output. The blower just turns off completely (no matter what speed setting I put it on). I can turn it on to full blast and nothing will happen. No air at all comes out. I think I know of the thing you're mentioning - but if I remember right that just lowers the fan speed so you can hear better. Mine turns off completely.

Ok yes mine slows the fan a few speeds until call is ended then goes back to the speed it was at. Welcome to the forum by the way & I'm sure someone with more knowledge about these rolling computers will chime in before long.

What settings do you have the entire HVAC setting to? There’s multiple settings, which create many variables as far as operation and functions.
