@KPM Fuel Systems I love your approach to this but I’m concerned about the deletion of the fuel filter. It would be ideal if it included an easy-to-install filter, perhaps even one that just replaces the short quick-connect line under the hood.

I haven't had the opportunity to read through the whole thread but has anyone had experience in running a direct fuel system instead of a return?
We are producing drop in Fuel Systems that can handle up to 2700hp with no drop in fuel pressure and no heat soak in the tank.

Really wish I’d gone this route with your 1500hp setup. Would have saved me a lot of time with making fuel lines and running a return system. Looks like some awesome offerings!

Great point!
Our modules do have an internal filter sock and our larger kits do come with bigger fuel lines and external filter.
We are in the process of offering a high flow external filter with our lower HP systems.

David even recommended using a fuel filter. Since my 19 has DI I decided to go with a 6 micron instead of a 10 micron.

we tested out the 1000hp module on our 2024, has done well, and now we are using the 1500hp on the 2024 which has amp issues , and the kpm has been able to bypass that.

Terry, what Amp issues are you having?

Its nothing to with the fuel system.

the 2024 Mustang is a unique system. If it sees too much "amperage" the fuel system shuts itself down.

We are seeing this with the higher voltage boost a pumps as well. Has no reflection on the fuel system itself, or the 15-23 cars.

Once tuning is available, i'm sure there will be a work around for that. However, with the 1500hp with the stand alone controller, the factory system doesn't see the amp draw and is having no issues on the 2024 cars. 15-23 its a moot point as the cars don't have that issue
