recirculating IMRC Control solenoids VS Vented Paxton

Does anyone know why some cars have the vented IMRC and some are recirculating? I am wondering if one way is better than the other when installing a Paxton.

Not sure about the Paxton,but lund ask me to vent mine to atmosphere when logging for my last revision.Wont get into why!!not starting a debate,but its just a vent line.Put a little filter on it and your good to go.

I just bought IMRC deletes and got my tune tweaked for them. I hear they cause more harm than good and Lund supported my choice.

Yea i think im going to go the same route or a different intake.

Yep, my car had no IMRC vent line. Seemed to be vented to atmosphere under a cap on the IMRC valve/solenoid.

I had my running to the intake tube for most of the time i had my PC kit installed. Saw a few folks who let it vent so i gave it a go. Ended up having surging issues with it venting so i dumped the whole intake manifold all together and went with a Boss.
