Not saying it can’t be done. Just saying no one in the five years of the S550 has done it. That has to tell you something.
Plus the fact that Ford with its teams of engineers didn't do it.

If you're short, maybe it will all fit. But I doubt it will be cheap or easy. If your tall, I am pretty sure it will not fit.

Ford sells the S550 with power Recaros in other countries.

Yes, I have power Recaros with lumbar support. Do you not get these ones in the USA?

The OP is asking about heated & cooled seats.

It can probably be done, but it's going to be by a bespoke engineering firm, or by the OP jerry-rigging it, if the stuff fits into the Recaro seat, which is doubtful.

It can be done, I’ve seen heated/cooled/power OEM S197 Mustang Recaro Seats done before.

A good upholstery shop could swap all the hardware, heated elements and power seat base over from your stock seats.

This guy did the same on his S197 :

Those aren't cooled. Those are factory GT500 seats with Katzkins and the OEM heating element swapped in, then installed into an S197. The wiring would be plug & play, since the heating system came out of his old seats.

I'm pretty sure there is a simple solution to this request.

the factory Recaros do not support heated and cooled.
More correctly, the Ford factory Recaros do not. Some of the ones from Chevrolet do, which is irritating as hell.

Which Chevy Recaros do? Not the Camaro, which are the only Recaro branded seats I can find for a Chevy.

The "easy solution" is buying the $6000 per set Recaro Orthoped's as suggested in the first or second reply. But those are not "racing seats". And you would still need to work out mounts and live with the loss of the seat airbags and the DRS warning light being on.

Maybe katzkin.com/degreez/ will work, after you buy some OE Recaros.

It was either a Camaro or a Corvette that I saw at last year when I was trying to decide what to buy. After finding out that the Mustang ones did not have the heating / cooling option, I explicitly went looking for a car in the Chevy showroom that had Recaros, and the one I found had the heating / ventilation control on the dash. If I had to pick which one it was, I would guess it was the Camaro, as I drove a couple of those.

FWIW, I find the cooling function on the Mustang to be OK (I'd like it better if it went up the seat back as well). However, the heating option is the weakest one that I have ever seen. It take 5 - 10 minutes on the max setting before I start to feel any kind of heat on the seat. Granted, it's not my default cold weather ride, but it should be better than it is.

C7 does not have Recaro branded seats. Camaro does not seem to offer heating and cooling in conjuction with the Recaros. According to their brochures.

They both offer heating and cooling in higher trims, but not with Recaros. Remember you can have sporty seats that are not Recaros, just like you can have big brakes that are not Brembo.

No, I understand. That being said, I specifically went looking for a car with a set of Recaros (labeled as such and on the window sticker) and it had temperature controls for the seats on the dash.

A bit of Googling:
https://www.gychevy.com/inventory/2019-chevrolet-camaro-zl1-rwd-2d-coupe-1g1fj1r62k0137540
"Settle into the heated and cooled RECARO performance front bucket seats"

Here as well:
https://www.motor1.com/reviews/137467/2017-chevy-camaro-zl1-coupe-first-drive/
"They all come remarkably well-equipped with the Recaro seats that are heated and cooled,"
