Does anyone know of a company or were I could buy some Recaro racing seats for the 2015 mustang that would allow me to keep my heated and cooled option. I want the seats but living down south I really want to keep the cooling options.

That is a tall order.
the factory Recaros do not support heated and cooled.
you also would need the dash switches and the control module.
you would need a fully custom setuo, they is no plug.and play
option.

A tall order indeed. Recaro has two models with cooling and heat. The Orthoped and Ergomed ES. Your going to need to contact a Recaro dealer to see if they will fit. If they can then you will need to inquire about getting the switching and wiring.

Oh yeah, and they are really expensive. Ergomed ES is $3,600. Orthoped is $2,700-$3,100. That's just for the drivers seat.

I already got heated and cooled seats. I was hoping for a plug and play option

They are the new factory tires for the PP1 so I just got a set of 275s front and rear and mounted them on 10" rims instead of the factory 9.5" rims to let them sit a little wider. i think they are a great tire.

Brian, the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s is considered by most to be one of the very best tires on the market. Actually many will say it’s the best, hands down. They’re not cheap but worth every penny.

Why do you want Recaros?

You mention racing seat above but the OE Recaros are not racing seats (but the GT350 Recaros are racier than the GT Recaros). And the Ergo Recaros are even less racy, maybe less racy than the Premium seats.

I think Corbeau had a heat option that could be used with racing seats, but cooling is a no go unless you want to build one out of a racing cool suit system.

Easy way to get "Recaros" with heat and cooling is recover the stock seats and have them embroider the headrest with "RECARO".

I would think that you would be able to pull the heating/cooling items out of your old seats and install them under the recaro seat covers. Shouldn't be a big deal...might take a little Southern Engineering, but should be able to be done.

If you are like me and live down here in Texas (Southern Hell), Cool seats make a world of difference when you put your butt in the 170 degree car...just saying...

I’m thinking if doing what you suggest were really possible someone here would have already tried it. I searched 5 years of threads and found nothing. It’s still a good idea if someone were to make a go of it.

If OP is even considering the cost of the heated & cooled Recaro’s he can afford to have the wiring adapted for the OEM plugs. :)

I don't see why wiring would be a problem if you pull everything out of the old seats and put it all in the Recaros...May have to Southern Engineer how to mount some of it, but hey, it's what we do as car guys...we figure out how to make things work like we want them to...

Most likely because they will not fit. Have you ever seen all the stuff that’s in our c/h seats?
