Installed some new ford performance track lowering springs and now the rear end squeaks. I’ve tried to reposition the spring there’s really only 1 way it can go. It’s sitting in the lower control arm perfect but the upper isolator is getting stabbed and the spring is super close to the metal causing it to squeak. Driving me nuts. Tried to reposition the spring, but every time I jack the subframe back up the end of the spring coil just pops out twords the metal every time.

Have the same squeak. My stock rubber isolators were used when the BMR springs were installed.

I bought the Ford Isolators for the rear which are sitting on my bench. They are a little thicker at the top / bottom. On the packaging it says "Anti-Squeak Isolator."

For now I have sprayed some lithium grease in that gap from your picture. It lasts a few weeks. After it drys up the squeak comes back.

The ones that came in the spring kit I think are the ones you’re talking about. For some reason when I jack up the rear subframe with the spring in the spring naturally wants to come outwards a little bit causing it to dig into the isolator like that

I just went through this myself when I added BMR drag springs and my car only had 8K miles on it. I ordered new isolators and spacers and installed them before the springs went in. In a crunch, you can probably use some polyurethane windshield sealant to repair the cuts and tears in the damaged isolators and reuse them.
