I’m planning on lowering my car with some lowering springs soon, but I’m not sure whether my rear wheels will be rubbing on the fender or not as it’s a tight fit with stock suspension. They’re size 315/35r20 and my car is a 2015 GT Non pp

easiest way is to load up your trunk to make the rear sag enough to make the wheels tuck while not moving. get a couple buddies to sit in the trunk and maybe bounce it. i've done that in the past.

That image, the rear wheel definitely looks like there would be a contact issue if you go too low... or if the suspension rebounds from a hard jolt.

What's the rim offset, because it looks like it's def sticking out way more than normal, unless it's the cam angle.

the offset is +50mm, they are 20x11 wheels

New wheels with ideal offset, or just don’t lower it. Or….go to a 295mm tire which will perform just as good.
