The internal profile matches the stock cover.Any analysis on the internal oil flow characteristics? Also, is there any real benefit from the improved heat transfer if there is already a factory oil cooler? Thanks.
Great to hear that you're achieving your desired results!Cool! You're making more!
I was very impressed with this cover casting/machining. This is a really nice piece of equipment.
I've dropped probably 25*F on diff temp in normal driving and I think it will be more than that on track. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best fix for an overheating the rear end. A cooler/pump combo does the same job, but it's significantly more trouble to install, it's more complex, heavier, and will eventually have maintainance issues. It's also probably more expensive depending on how you do it.
This cover is a slam dunk and I hope you sell a bunch of them!

As mentioned by @TeeLew above, the interal shape of the cowling is identical to the OEM unit (besides the addition of extra surface area via some cooling fins).Any analysis on the internal oil flow characteristics? Also, is there any real benefit from the improved heat transfer if there is already a factory oil cooler? Thanks.
