  1. Any Non-Intercooled Centrifugal kits yet?

This kit includes a validated tune, which you would need to flash on the vehicle. So in that sense it’s not custom, but you can’t run the OEM settings. This kit really starts working from 3500 RPM. Below that, you won’t notice a big difference. In that case, if you don’t want to go with a more...
  2. Any Non-Intercooled Centrifugal kits yet?

If you have access to E85 then I completely agree, at least with crank hp. In Europe we mostly do not have E85 at gas stations. Without E85, you will have a tough time reaching 550 crank hp with headers, CAI & tune. Not to mention whp. With compcams camshafts and the GT350 intake and throttle...
  3. Any Non-Intercooled Centrifugal kits yet?

Glad that some people think the same way :) 1. So far, we have not encountered any temperature related issues. We have relocated the IAT sensor ahead of the throttle body, so we have exact knowledge of the temperatuers going into the engine and can control spark accordingly. So since you will...
  4. Any Non-Intercooled Centrifugal kits yet?

This thread is somewhat quiet now, but we are testing our non-intercooled supercharger kit at the moment, based on a Rotrex head unit. Maximum boost is 5psi, so the intake temperatures are not that high and the kit should be good for about 600hp at the crank, but dyno testing is in two weeks...
  5. Rear Diff Cover

Yes, 293 is the magic number on the temperature in Fahrenheit...
  6. Rear Diff Cover

Thanks for the feedback. I'm happy to see the cover achieves your goals on the various track layouts at hot temperatures! :)
  7. Rear Diff Cover

Ok, that would be a big help if you don't have to change the cover. However, when I look at the FTBR setup, like on the image, they provide another diff cover where there is an extra fill hole for the feedback line from the oil pump back to the cover. That is the one with the black AN fitting...
  8. Rear Diff Cover

ONLY the fin extensions are on the back side of the cover. The main cooling fin section extends ~3/4" below the differential housing, and extends towards the front below the housing. These fins are over 6" long towards the front of the car. This section sees perfect airflow below the car. The...
  9. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

There should be a few people on here running the cover already. So far, no one has had problems with limp since the install to my knowledge. No complains should be good news! The passive finned cover does have a few advantages as mentioned compared to the active cooler solutions, one of them...
  10. Rear Diff Cover

Limp mode should come on at 293 Fahrenheit. 30 degrees F may be a stretch, since that mostly depends on the ambient temperature and the load, but 20 degrees you should definitely see if you’re already closing in on the 293 sometimes. Also to keep in mind is that if you come close to 293 with...
  11. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

Finally received the fittings. Everything fits perfect! On the images I installed the -08 fittings, since they are bigger and take more space away, and should be the biggest fitting one uses with an external oil pump. Of course it works with a -06 as well. So now people have the option of...
  12. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

Still waiting on delivery of the fittings as they are on back order in Germany.
  13. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

I will test fit the dash fitting soon to make sure everything fits as planned and then I will get back to you!
  14. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

I have the diff covers in stock again, and I also have an exciting updated version. Here some of the fins were milled away and an additional oil fill hole was inserted for an external oil cooler. This is perfect for those looking for the ultimate cooling, combing the passive cooling of the diff...
  15. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

Due to some shipping issues with DHL where it seemed that they lost the shipment, one US customer was sent a second cover. Now DHL found the lost cover and delivered it after two months. So this customer has a spare cover now. If someone is interested in purchasing this cover, it could be at...

  17. Rear Diff Cover

Thanks for the detailed install write-up and the positive feedback :). I am very glad you are satisfied with the quality of the product. For those wondering about some more specs. The length the cover hangs lower than the OEM cover is 20mm or ~0.8". It is exactly level with the OEM exhaust. So...
  18. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

If you notice the most outer fins on the finned cover are curved, or have a cut-out in other words. This was designed intentionally with with the problem you describe in mind, so that it is sure that the exhaust will not touch.
  19. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

Sure, you can contact me at [email protected]. I'm glad the cover is finally finding some interest! I am nearly out of the first batch of castings. Another batch has already been placed for order and should be finished and ready to ship in the middle of February.
  20. 2018 GT PP2 Rear Differential Overheating Issue

The differentials or rear ends have all the same housings on all 2015+ Mustangs from EcoBoost to GT500. Only the internals like final gear ratio and LSD differ.
