I can't remember when this started, it's been around since at least the wintertime. I have this very annoying rattle that I believe is tied to the transmission. It's very audible when the car/engine/trans is cold and becomes less so as I drive further and things warm up. And it's easily heard inside and outside the car, and windows up or down. I don't believe it to be the reverse lockout collar, I've gone in there twice to isolate the noise and it's persisted regardless. And I seriously doubt the collar could produce such a loud noise as this.
Here are some sound clips of the noise from this morning:
Has anyone else had this issue? I'd love to know, and how it was repaired or fixed.
