Guys sorry I had someone hit my 2nd vehicle and was dealing with their insurance yesterday and wife wanted a new bikini. So that took up my day. Wife just promised to help with video today. Promise. And I am a man of my word. :hail:I believe we were promised a video today? Ban this guy.
:ban:
Post a video of the MBRP Race. And I will post later this afternoon a video of the Magnaflow mufflers and I bet the Magnaflow video will win!! Video wars. The MBRP Race doesn't rasp, the Street model... sure does.
The extra piping? You meant he J-pipes? The great thing about those, other than adjustability for drone and so forth, is that you cannot see them from the back of the car, unlike systems that have two muffer boxes behind the bumper. To me, that is the Solo exhaust's greatest feature. Plus, a mid-mounted muffler/x-pipe makes for some nice crackle/pop and barks between shifts and decelerating from time to time. :cheers:I considered the Solo and if the Magnflows did not do the job then I was going to pull the trigger on the solo. But the Magnaflows did their job and more. Could not be happier!! :headband: Plus the extra piping with the Solo was a bit of a turn off to me.

Well, clearly I don't own MBRP Race but a few do in the Atlanta S550 club and I've been able to compare to the MBRP Street to draw my conclusion.Post a video of the MBRP Race. I spent $560 on the crappy MBRP Street Cat Back. Then $169 for 2 Magnaflow #12229 mufflers and $120 to cut and weld. For a grand total of $849 Sweet deal if you ask me. And this setup sounds better than any I have heard. For those who "Can't grasp the Rasp!!
I did my research before I even bought the car. Didn't like that raspy shit one bit! Decided on ARH cat back system with H-Pipe! Based on a members series of videos. Strangely he decided to change his system to something else with an X-Pipe.........waste of money he said and went back with the full ARH system!!
Hate seein y'all spend all this money on crappy Raspy sewing machine sounds!!! :headbonk:
