Is Raptor also subject to the same ADM BS? I am being told 10k over.... for a truck

There is no reason for it to be, but I am seeing ADM on every truck on the lots here in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Depends on your market/region... in my neck of the woods (i.e. a bed for hot specialty vehicle market South Florida) many FP/SVT vehicles command ADMs. This includes GT350s, Raptors, and prior the Focus RS.

There will be some that can get at msrp (or possibly lower for a few) but most dealers still markup the Raptors and GT350s. I had to go far north (deposit last Sept 2016 and took delivery a couple months ago in Massachussetts) to secure a Raptor allocation at sticker.

When I bring my Fords in for service or whatnot at a local dealership, even the employees there comment it's ridiculous for their own dealer to mark up these cars and thus customers, like moi, have to search faraway or out of state to secure one. I would have likely bought at least 5 Fords already from the same dealership (within 2 yrs) if they took me in as a loyal customer at msrp. Their lost... not mine. End of rant.

I had to go to Indiana to get mine (live in Seattle), but was able to get MSRP.

I can connect you with the dealer I bought mine from if you're interested. They sell all of them at MSRP.

Like others have said, it varies. Raptors are not limited to the extent GT350/R and RS have been. The literature going around with respect to dealers getting 1 or 2 cars (as it pertains to GT350/R) doesn't happen on Raptor. I could be wrong but Raptor doesn't require the "buy in" the GT350 does, and dealers usually get more. My dealer got 1 GT350 and at least 8-10 raptors in MY 2017

Not at Ferman Ford they want $5k over for Raptors/GT350's, $10k on R's, and $2.5k on RS's. :shrug:

Easy to find at MSRP...they are making a gazilion on them. The R was tough as nails to find without ADM

So true I also live in S. FL. and have had to travel out of state in the past to get a decent deal it's BS.

Worst I've seen is Plantation they want $12k over on the gr350, and $20k over for the R, that's a Honda Civic to daily worth of ADM.

Ford dealers have gotten a taste of the ADM curse and will now apply it to every specialty vehicle they can. I can understand some ADMs at first release for the gotta have it now folks, but the Raptor is not at all limited, im sure they will make 10k+ year so those asking ADM will have them sit on lots for awhile

Thanks everyone, I have just realized this thing sits 78.5" high, my garage (and 3 others I measured in my neighborhood) is around 76" high. How the hell does it fit in a garage? My garage is 94" wide so width is fine but height is an issue. I guess if you live in an area with newer homes that has 9' ceilings you wont have this issue.

yep, its a tight fit, I'm about 4 or inches from my OHD, and my mirrors extended..I have about 1/2" on each side. I retract them when I go in.

Ya, I was at Bill Currie today and they had a $12K ADM on their Raptor in the showroom. :headbonk:

But I have a connection for Raptors (wish it was a GT350 connection, lol). Just like GT350's, Raptor deals are out there.
