Yes it is! Important note, I've slightly modified my process. Gotta preheat the stone in the oven. Roll out on the counter, and do the transfer on a peel. Better crisping on the crust.

Why does every one of my co workers want to stay late at work when they aren't getting payed for it? We're on the road away from home and we get payed for 8 hours. Some of my co workers are at the job site as much as 45 minutes early and then all of them stay that extra 20 minutes or so just BSing about the same things they've BSed about all day. I guess they're lonely being away from home? All I know is I have to get back to my hotel room to save a village from a dragon attack. The dragon isn't going to kill itself, or at least it hasn't yet. Also need to keep racing my 2015 mustang GT to keep getting better parts to unlock the harder races. My phantom mechanic crew can't just sit there doing nothing, we all have jobs to do! It's just crazy to me that some people will stay at work up to an hour more without pay. Even if they aren't gamers like me there has to be other things they can do. Normally I wouldn't care but we share rentals so while they're BSing, I'm sitting here just wanting to go racing or dragon slaying. I see a meeting in our future.
