No. Only premium models with the toggle switches get the drive modes.
I think he means the steering modes you can select

I have a button where the toggle switches are. Options are standard sport and comfort. Has a steering wheel on the button. What is this then?

Thanks. I'm new to this lol. I'll go back to being quiet and just driving the car lol
Ahh haha sorry about that! Yes the button with the steering wheel changes the steering gear assists. So your Steering wheel will be harder to turn on sport mode then it would be to turn on comfort mode. Premium modes have drive modes in addition to steering modes. Drive modes on the premium modes change things like throttle response and stability control settings.

What's the benefit of the paddle shifters?
There are no real benefits per say - just another way to drive your Mustang and feel more in control with an AT.

With shifter in the S(sport) position on the V6 auto, will the transmission shift by itself through the gears or does it require my interaction with the paddles. If it does shift through the gears by itself at what RPM's does the shifting occur?

It will shift by itself or you can use the paddle shifters. I found its better just to let it shift on its own unless you want to be in control of what rpm's you want to shift at. I know when shifting by itself from 1st to 2nd gear it takes it all the way to redline. Haven't payed attention to the other shift points.

It shifts by itself. I pretty much let it shift too instead of using the paddle shifters. It does a very fine job on shifting. :D

The paddle shifts aren't really quick enough to get much out of. If they took half the time to complete a shift from what they do now, it'd be pretty fun. As is, it's better to let it do the work. If you want the fun of doing it yourself, there's an excellent three pedal option

Doesn't need to be quick if you are preselecting a gear to enter a corner[eg.onramp] and want to hold that gear until you choose to shift.
