Mine shows nothing on the info display and I can't find a definitive answer from a search. It's listed on the Monroney sticker. Thanks in advance.

It technically does but they were locked to make the V6 look purposely less appealing in comparison to the Ecoboost (while the V6 was still in production). PM

zackmd1 for more information. There was a thread somewhere about this too a while back.

That’s the Drive Modes, which are controlled by a 4th shiny toggle switch on Premium trim cars.

The Track Apps are found in the instrument cluster menu and do work just like they do in the EcoBoost and GT... except that the V6 doesn’t have Line Lock.

The official Ford track apps youtube shows it between trip/fuel and driver assist. It's missing on my base V6. See photos. If someone can enlighten me I would appreciate it. View attachment 292919

Maybe Ford deleted the feature from 2017 V6 cars at some point?

MY 2016 V-6 with 051-A package has track app. I just went outside and checked it. Ford might have removed it for 2017 since that was the last year for the V-6 Mustang.

Duh, I always get the 2 mixed up. Thanks for the correction. You are correct, it is drive modes.

My 2017 V6 has track apps.

Edit: do you think maybe you have a "my key" programmed to disable the track apps?
Bingo: When the car was new, I wrapped one fob in foil and hid it on the car in case of a fob mishap on the road.
Evidently, the one I kept in use had the track apps deleted by the dealer via MyKey for employee/test drive use.
I activated the hidden fob and behold, track apps. Cleared the MyKey settings from the other fob and all is good.
As previously mentioned there is no line lock or launch control, but the rest is there. Thanks guys.

I'm just going to ask. How does the use of Track Apps benefit us V6'ers?
