Please don't use glue on your interior... I actually redid the piping on the doors and trimmed it to wrap along the top only. The piping would not stay in place so I had to change it. I believe the doors are cut similarly regardless of the trim so there should be a gap as you just need to pry it...
Ok, I don't know how far you would go to fix your leak but if you decide to reinstall the headers I'd use the Ford OEM gaskets as they are much better quality.
Also, I'd say that the BBK shorties + K&N CAI make an awesome change to the overall performance/sound. Can really feel/hear it now...
This looks like a decent kit and it's also already on AutoAnything (20% coupon anyone?). Hopefully JLT will come out with their V6 offering in the near future or I might have to give the K&N a go.
If it's a small area on the plastic you could try a heat gun or light flame to smooth it out. I've done this before on the interior plastic of my past rides with decent success.

Thanks for the update Vinny - looks great!
I'd even test one for JLT if they need someone to ;). I'm looking forward to more details/results when you have them.
I apologize guys for those of you that have been waiting... I've been swamped with work and apparently MS removed OneDrives public sharing of pictures ability. I'll try to get more in depth details with pics by the end of this weekend.
If you only plan to replace the 4 main 6.5" speakers then...
