I started car up today and radio would not turn on and volume controls not responding- can anyone help or point in the right direction. I check all fuses (32 and 33) in the passenger fuse box - still nothing. I get this on the screen

Hold down the power button + track seek right button for 15 seconds and it should reboot the Sync unit. The screen will go back and you should see the car logo after a few seconds.

Reply back if that doesn't fix it.

Are you able to get into the settings menu and see if there’s a Sync update available?

@Roy_Steeda I pm'd you instructions on how to create a repair USB for Sync.

I would also scan the car for DTCs, in case you have a hardware failure. You can also you ForSCAN to see what modules are failing to report.
