Are there head units that make use of the stock Volume/Tuner/Control buttons, since they're outside of the DIN/head unit space?

I know the problem. A little over a year ago I bought a part from Beith Performance that was reworked with carbon fibre. The fit was terrible. Last summer the carbon coating partially peeled off and the surface has cracked. The 4 parts were a case for the garbage disposal in the fall.
In winter I bought the covers from Trufiber. The quality is significantly better.
It's also worth knowing that carbon fiber shrinks after manufacture and the fit will never be as good as the original plastic parts.
