19'+ 4" To 8" Radio - Volume Not Working

Hey so I just installed the 8" Radio from a 2019 Bullitt and the whole kit was complete and from the same Bullitt, everything went smoothly and works amazing however the audio kinds caught me off guard with ear piercing volume that will not adjust.. I did notice that when I hit mute and THEN use the volume knob that it unmutes but won't adjust so I know there's atleast a signal and same thing with the steering controls, I pulled everything and double checked the connections and even put my old 4" bezel on over the 8" just to test the volume and same thing so I know its not the circuit board, do I have to update it or change with forscan so the car knows
