You guys know those locking lugs only make you feel safer and can be pulled with just normal sockets. I plan on buy some black gorillas when my car comes in.

Definitely DO NOT torque the stock locking nuts to 150 ft-lbs as I found out how soft the center portions are. They can twist off very easily.CJPP has Gorilla locking lugs on sale for Black Friday 2016 or whatever the Saturday is called.
Question on torque - I was told by my mechanic friend not to torque the locking lugs the same as the regular ones - and this was for my F-150, with its 100 ft-lb recommendation.
What do you torque your locking lugs to on your GT350?
Are you using the Gorilla Part # 96643BDX? If so, what are you torquing them to? Did you check with Gorilla for their recommended torque value?Definitely DO NOT torque the stock locking nuts to 150 ft-lbs as I found out how soft the center portions are. They can twist off very easily.
Not using Gorillas, only the stock locking nuts that came with the car. Figured I'd try them out and now wish I never had.Are you using the Gorilla Part # 96643BDX? If so, what are you torquing them to? Did you check with Gorilla for their recommended torque value?

I too just installed these Gorilla lugs. The splines are plenty sturdy. While these locking lugs may not be foolproof, they'll slow some sheisty sumbitch down a bit.
