I finally got an invite to the Track Tour to check out and drive the 2020 GT500. Anyone else going to this event or get an invite. My date is March 25th at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Cant wait as I enjoyed both the GT350 Track Tour and Track Attack events.

So to really find out your answer you need to only search in your state or better yet your local area. Even if you have a good record and you live in an area with more accidents or theft then your premium will be higher. Also if you live in a state where they have several uninsured motorists...

Yeah I want one to add to my collection but in Race Red like my R. All of my other 1:18 scale Mustangs are Red (67 GT500, 1993 Cobar, 2000 Cobra R, 2007 GT500, 2006 Ford GT)

Even the new ZL1 can be found for MSRP. The interior on GM is lacking IMO and it holds their cars back compared to Fords. DC area is still a tough market for MSRP due to the local wages being higher than most of the country too.

Yep I run it in VA. Radar detector tickets are $94 and no points so it's a no brainer. Plus hey just leave the detectors on so you can turn it off 99.9% of the time if your that worried. Only once have I got popped buy a VSP just looking for radar detectors on the Dulles Greenway in over 10years.

I run my Valentine One in my Race Red. I got some guy bused in a Subaru this morning. He was trying to keep up and it goes off so he thought he would catch up only to come over the hill and the Virginia State Police running radar quickly pulled out and got him. I laugh every time this thing...

My main question was who's R is that and why would you have stripes added then drive it across the dessert. That's going to take forever to get the dust and dirt out of that car. It's still a better show than anything else about cars. You can tell that Amazon did throw some money at it so...

I'm guessing the two year production plus its still probably the best looking Ford ever made and that's including the new GT. Plus I think announcing the new GT has a V6 and the price is $400K is helping the sales climb to equal that car.

I got my ZL1 tow hook before I got the car. Just waiting for the first oil change to put it on.

Production numbers wise Race Red on the R was the 3rd Rarest of the 2016s. Comp Orange Least then Yellow then Red. I think there were only 29 last time I looked.

Did you order the car or just buy one off the lot? I ordered my R in April and the car came in on Aug 31st. I was lucky to be home when the UPS guy came on Friday to sign for my package. So just over a month from delivery for me.

All mine was a sticker with a code on it for the specific key info. Dealer handed me that first before handing me the keys.

Well at least we know they made a grabber blue R. I hadn't seen one of those. I really happy knowing that my car doesn't have stripes.
