Yes, maybe it should have been locked. Then people who likely aren't realistically planning to buy an R might be forced to read and comprehend the first post...

NM...
Sharing any info is always great, and maybe this post will help someone out there looking for a R, but having that little extra bit of information means a buyer can bypass contacting a dealer asking $100k versus $15k over MSRP.

I'm not saying the OP needs to share the ADMs he has for these R's, he's obviously made a conscious decision not to, but I personally didn't find it a big deal to share them in my research and neither did others on the board.

Ok, so perhaps some people don't realize this but what we've discovered is ADMs quoted from the SAME dealer can vary greatly. It's been reported that quotes on the SAME DAY can differ by $10k or more. Due to that fact, it's pretty much worthless to go by what someone else was quoted.

Again, if someone wants a car but doesn't want to do some legwork at this point, they aren't going to get a car...waiting for one to fall into your lap, or depending on what you read on an internet forum as your only tool to find a car, at this point, is silly.

We're not taking about handing out the keys to the kingdom here with leads that are MSRP or sub-$10k ADMs, it's simply defining a known figure, be it variable or not, as a basis to work from so people can be efficient about who they deal and try to haggle with.

If I was still looking, would I want to call a delusional dealer who quoted someone a $100k markup on a R over a dealer at a $20k ADM? It is simply that ability to that people are asking for here.

Uhhhh you realize Ford came out and said (or at least said many many times in these forums from sources) Rs wouldnt be built during cold weather right?

Not surprising as many built in the last 4-6 months (winter still in Detroit) and the last 4-6 weeks. They have to catch back u with production

Folks,

I found an R today. I would like to pass along my research that I have in hopes it helps someone find an R.

MSPR is listed so you will have to do some ground work. Each dealer varied so much in price that you will have to call. Some want significant ADM's, some are reasonable.
Ok, well I'll just defer to the original post. With a hint of possible reasonable ADM deals floating and a pretty short list of dealers to call....If someone was serious, they've already called about it. The ones that aren't serious or already have cars, are arguing and complaining about not getting their hand held all the way to the dealers front door....even though they aren't going to buy a car.

Done here.

And what's exactly reasonable in your opinion, $20k? 50k? or $100k? Listing the ADM is a simple task, sorry the reasoning behind that is beyond your comprehension.

Hardly. Too bad you have to lash out with insults here... Again...anyone who "actually" wanted a car already called and didn't waste time arguing and complaining about the good intentions of a member here.

That was waaaaay too easy to get you back into a conversation you were "done" with. :D

I'm happy to agree that we can disagree about what constitutes helpful information AND that anyone who wants a real "deal" certainly won't get one from a list such as this or any of the ones that are posted, which are essentially table scraps. If anything people need to contact dealers that haven't been listed...

I venture to say there are no dealers who haven't been contacted...so what is remaining are this and lists like yours...which I argue is not any more useful even though the ADMs you observed are listed as the ADMs change constantly. This is a known fact and isn't really surprising. Every day a car goes unsold, the GM has to consider how long he wants to sit on it without moving it - so the prices could drop.....likewise, a GM hears of a car going through an auction at crazy prices and he could decide to raise their ADM.

The real meat and potatoes of these lists is the location of dealers who have allocations and are actually selling them for whatever ADM they were asking originally.

Finally - I am "actually" done here....regardless of any new insults masqueraded as a conference-starter that might pop up.

I got a call from Mulinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach FL today telling me that they had a GT350R available (I believe it was an allocation). I passed on it and told him that I found one. Jay is the salesman and the number is (888) 349-1709.

I also got a call from Lakeland Ford FL who told me that they would accept my offer pending another buyer's funds transfer. Call them at (863) 577-5030. Again, I'm passing because I have my order in.

I hope this helps someone.

Five Star Ford Stone Mountain is out of 2017 R allocations. Only standard GT350's left.
