Folks,

I found an R today. I would like to pass along my research that I have in hopes it helps someone find an R.

MSPR is listed so you will have to do some ground work. Each dealer varied so much in price that you will have to call. Some want significant ADM's, some are reasonable.

OW=Oxford white
AG=Avalanche grey
DIB=Deep impact blue
SB=Shadow black
RR=Race red
MG=Magnetic

EP=Electronics package

OTT=Over the top racing stripes

I'm in the SE, so I worked backwards stretching out to the Midwest in 100 mile increments through the ford inventory locator. These are dealers that either have in stock or ordered R models.

The going rate was 20K ADM. A lot of them were accepting offers (meaning no up front price, just a bidding war). Each time you call, it goes to the GM who decides what price he/she wants at that moment.

Matt, to answer your question directly, 20K was the lowest I found (on this list), but that is why I put the contact info down. The reason for all the contact info is to call and see what deal can be made. This list is simply the dealers who have the R models in stock or on order in hopes to save someone the leg work in researching dealers.

If you call tomorrow, who knows what price you will get.

That is the reason I didn't get into pricing too much.

I stumbled on an order that someone backed out of. It wound up being a '17 OW blue OTT. It is exactly like I would have ordered it had it been a clean slate.

Its non existent, except MN, chicago area. There are one or two in inventory but they want 50 60k adm.

5 star ford stone mountain in Snellville GA has 4 '17 allocations. He was asking 20k adm. I spoke with drew robertson. I honestly believe that if you were close (how close I don't know) that they would entertain the offer. He was pleasant to speak with and he knew what he was talking about.

The point is that most of the places always checked with thier managers at point of contact. Catch someone on the right day and you don't know what they will do. You have to call and try.

That is awesome !! Im GR307 they were close to each other on the line..lol Make sure they took the spring spacers out of the R....it will not ride smooth if not....DID YOU know that 317 cubic inches is a 5.2 liters? that's even cooler in my book

Donson, I've been following your posts - I'm glad you finally received your car!

Thanks for the heads-up about the spacers. Sure enough they had not been removed when I left the dealership. It was only after your post that I checked my car. The front left and rears were still in when I checked so I guess I lost the front right on the way home.

I'm pretty happy with the number as well.

You should post the ADMs as well, would be make the list more helpful for people so they can bypass contacting dealers who are asking too much. I know when I contacted West Coast dealers the low and high of ADMs spanned $95k.
