Had a call earlier today from a Canadian SVT dealership in Ontario offering me a 2017 R model in Ruby Red with Black roof and the Electronics Package.

This car just arrived a day or so ago and after discussions about the particulars of the car with the sales person I asked what the sale price was and was told they have a $25,000 ADM.

Based on my conversation this dealership has sold a number of 2017 R models already and had no problem moving their prior allocations at that ADM so not willing to change their pricing on this one.

Obviously there are still a lot of Canadian peso's to be spent in the Great White North based on this car coming in at ~$115,000 plus a 13% HST tax.

No, I am pretty much done purchasing any more of these outstanding Mustangs and in fact I will probably be looking at letting one of my R's go sometime in October.

Once a person gets to my age things can happen quickly from both a personal and business standpoint therefore I will take the next month or so to evaluate exactly what direction that I will be heading with respect business and my much valued Mustangs.

Hey guys/girls,

I know this may be a long shot, but does anyone happen to know of any GT350Rs that can be had for MSRP in Canada? My local dealer only had 3 allocations, and the third one sold to a guy who flew in from Ottawa to get it :frusty:

Looking at the bi-weekly payments between the 350 and 350R, the difference is only around $85 extra for the R model and I feel that this may be worth it in the long run for the exclusivity, carbon wheels/spoiler, and the other small differences between the two.

Anyone "know" a dealer or have a family salesman that they might be able to point me too? I am located in Newfoundland, but with my work, I can fly anywhere in Canada for free every 2 weeks, so I am thinking that I could go as far as Ontario, possibly even Manitoba and make a road trip home if i had too.

I know I'm kind of late to the game to be looking at an R, but I am heavily considering it, and if I can get one for MSRP, the fiancee has given me the approval to go for the bit extra
