Well.. I'm probably the first to blow a 2018+ motor in this thread. And it had no cats so I doubt that was the problem. Car ran like a bat out of hell one day and then I drove it to work the next. Started it at lunch to go home and it lit the CEL. Misfires on cylinder 6. Not plugs, not coil packs... Not covered under warranty due to "no cats"... (no surprise).

More details soon.
Damn Buddy, That sucks
Iā€™m sorry for ya

Damn that sucks. How many are on your car? And are your running straight 91 or had you switched to E?

22,000 miles. Blower was on at 700. Still working out the details so I don't want to say a lot here yet. Running 91 but once a new motor is in I plan to convert it E85 ASAP.

It's all good, thanks for the sentiment. I didn't go down the road I chose without some thoughts of this happening. This car had some *very* hard miles put on it. Frankenstang incoming.

Hi guys. Tell me please, I bought a copart mustag GT PP1 with a ROUSH supercharger phase 1 or phase 2, I donā€™t know, it showed 540h.p and 740Nm of torque on the dyno, is it supposed to be like that or is something wrong? :please::please::please: 100-200 8.2sec

Getting my Roush ready for the road. Just under 11K Miles. Car sits 3-4 months through the winter.
Thoughts on changing out the plugs? Understand Roush Maintenances calls for 30k/40K.

Thanks

That should be good for around 750-775 whp and low 10's to high 9's. You need to address cooling too.

It's not necessary but it won't hurt anything if you change them out.

Could be either depending on temperatures at the time. The Phase 2 will have a larger LTR and more aggressive calibration.

You should have a sticker like below somewhere in the engine bay. Roush should be able to tell you if it was purchased as a p1 or p2 kit and if it was installed by a certified installer.

The fact is that the car was purchased on copart after the accident, I will try to attach a photo before and after, it is now in Europe (Belarus) being restored here, could the setting change for this reason (go into emergency mode as cars sometimes leave)

Should know at the end of the Month. 2.7 pulley, FIC 1000s and dual pump return system going in. Along with an Otiz Dyno tune.

Hi all! New to the forum, but have had a 2018 MT w/ a Phase 2 kit for a little while now (bought it used). I recently started to notice an odd exhaust smell at first, and within a couple of days of that, got the infamous P0420 right at 19k miles.. which seems to be a trend.

So I know the Roush warranty replaces the powertrain and isn't transferrable, but does that apply to emissions as well? Just wanting to know if the Ford dealer would (or even should) be covering the factory 8 years emissions warranty or not :).
