Question about spacers

I'm planning to pick up from 3mm or 5mm spacers for my front as I'm planning to run the PP spec rears on all 4 corners.

Should I run the spacers on all 4 corners or do I only need to run them on the front?

Functionally, you only need them on the front.

If you're doing this for aesthetic reasons, then I have no idea
